I learned of Let's Go Transportation through pure serendipity and I'm so glad that I did! My mother has recently stopped driving, but still has an active schedule of appointments and outings. Scott arrived in his Sprinter Van right on time and was super helpful explaining the great amenities available to us in his high-end, custom van. I recently had occasion to find transport to Logan Airport. Having had a less than ideal experience with a company I had used for years, I followed a recommendation on Facebook and called Let’s Go Transportation right here in Medfield. Scott, the owner, showed up on time, loaded the luggage and explained all the amenities in the passenger section of his Lincoln Navigator. It was a smooth and comfortable ride to the airport.
Upon my return, Scott was able to obtain a note of some sort that, because of my mother’s advanced age, allowed him to pick us up right outside the baggage claim doors! Another lovely ride back to Medfield. Cannot recommend Let’s Go Transportation highly enough!!

On the day my husband, daughter and I were supposed to fly to Italy, my daughter discovered her passport had expired. Our other daughter was getting married in Italy so we could not risk staying behind, therefore we arranged for Scott to take our daughter the next day to an appointment with the passport agency in Boston, wait for her, and bring her back home to Medfield, since her (new) flight was not until the evening. Scott then took her to the airport later that day stopping first at the passport agency to pick up the new passport. Scott stayed in touch with us the entire time he was with our daughter giving us updates along the way. My daughter felt very comfortable communicating with Scott. Scott also took my husband and I to the airport and the car ride was very comfortable and we felt very safe in his care.
Scott’s willingness to help, his flexibility to adjust to unexpected changes with kindness and calmness was wonderful. He helped take the stress out of an extremely stressful situation. I was recommended to Scott from a FB post in a local Cape Cod group. I booked him in December to take 4 of us to a Celtics game from our home on The Cape. It was an all day affair! "Scott is the ultimate professional and we highly recommend him. He was responsive to our first messages and calls and was extremely helpful in figuring out what time we should leave our home for a very early flight from Logan. He arrived at our house 5 minutes early as he said he would, helped us with the luggage and drove us to Logan so smoothly that one of us fell asleep. His SUV was spotless. We were quite relaxed by the time we arrived and it was the best start to a vacation that we have ever had! For our return flight, he advised us when he dropped us off that we should text him if there were any delays, which there were. That flight was delayed by about 1.5 hours and we texted him with each new departure time set by the airline. He waited patiently, was calm and understanding, and never made us feel badly for delaying his schedule. When we finally arrived at Logan and gathered our delayed luggage, his SUV was a welcome sight as we were quite tired. He could not have been more gracious. We were so grateful that we did not need to hunt for our car or for an Uber or taxi. And not having to scramble to find a parking spot for our car at the airport when we arrived was also a major relief. Scott at Let's go transportation really went above and beyond. I was super stressed about getting to and from the airport with two young kids who needed car seats. Scott not only was extremely reassuring and confirmed all of our details, he actually came to our house the night before and installed our car seats into his car! He held onto them and reinstalled them for our return. It was 100% stress-free. He helped us load everyone up and had Mickey mouse ready to go on his TV. He checked the traffic and our flights and was fully prepared. He even made suggestions that we hadn't considered such as bringing the stroller with us which would have been a disaster if he didn't encourage it! He even helped us reinstall our car seats back into our car when we got home! Let’s Go Transportation goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend LGT when in the Boston area. Owner Scott DePaola drove my staff and I from our hotel to the airport. After landing at our final destination, I realized that I left an item back in Boston that I absolutely needed. In order to retrieve the item, someone in person would have to personally pick it up. Without many options, I contacted Scott directly to see if he could be hired to pick this item up and have it shipped back to me at a local FedEx office. Without hesitation, Scott volunteered and was delighted to help and executed it to perfection, even offering to take care of it personally so my 75 year old aunt wouldn't have to be driven in and out of the city to help. We recently booked an early morning flight to Florida with our three year old and four year old. Thankfully, we booked with Let’s Go Transportation. Scott was right on time, extremely helpful getting all of us and our luggage in the car and welcoming with Mickey stuffed animals and Mickey Mouse clubhouse on the television. Our daughters were beaming, even at 5:00am. Before we left to go into the airport, Scott checked in with us about our return and made sure we had everything. We had an unexpected delay in our return and Scott could not have been more understanding of the change. On top of that, when our luggage was lost upon arrival, he waited patiently and calmed our nerves when we told him the story, even offering to pick up our luggage on his next trip to the airport when it was found. Scott is the ultimate professional! Recently, we needed to make sure our 19 year old daughter would get to Logan in time for a very early flight back to college. It is a pleasure for me to write a review for Scott and Let's Go Transportation.
When my friends and I arrived at Logan for our weekend in Boston to go to the Patriots, we found ourselves lost and in two different parts of the airport. Scott did not hesitate, and willingly picked us up from the different locations.
We ended up hiring Scott to help us with the rest of our weekend getting to and from the Patriots game and back to the airport. He made it seamless and took all the stress out of getting around. Scott was on-point with all his services. Friendly, caring, and attentive, Scott impressed us from beginning to end.
He also has a beautiful vehicle that he takes pride in with many things we've never seen in an SUV before, like a cooler and giant tv!
