Policies

Private event and point-to-point reservations will be held at the time of booking with a 50% deposit.  Airport transportation will be paid at time of service. Payment may be made by Cash, Venmo (@letsgotransportationma), or by credit card over the phone.  No credit card information will be retained.

All reservations are confirmed by email.  Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Scott at 781-726-0227.

Cancellation for any reason, "at least 24 hours" before your reservation, is allowed and a full refund will be issued.  Cancellation less than 24 hours before your reservation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made by calling 781-726-0227. 

There will be NO REFUNDS for no shows.

Changes to your reservation must also be made "at least 24 hours" before your reservation by calling

781-726-0227.  Changes made less than 24 hours before your reservation may incur a change fee. 

Boston Logan Airport Arrivals:  Your driver will be standing outside of the vehicle in the designated livery pick-up area, holding a sign with your name on it.

Providence T.F. Green Airport Arrivals:  Your driver will be waiting in the parking lot across from center of the terminal on the LOWER LEVEL, standing outside of the vehicle, holding a sign with your name on it.

If you are unable to find your vehicle, please do not leave the airport.  Please call or text  781-726-0227.

Waiting at the airport for pickups is expected, and no additional fees will be charged for this wait time.

However, for all "As Directed", "Point to Point", and "Special Event" reservations, wait times over 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time will incur an additional fee.

Parking charges for all theater, concert, and sporting events are extra and will be determined based on time, date, and location of the event. 

Reservations that begin or end between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM will be charged an additional fee.

If multiple stops are needed on the way to your final destination, $20.00 will be charged for each extra stop. 

Gratuities are not included, but are always at your discretion.  Gratuities may be paid by credit card or Venmo at the time of booking, or by credit card, Venmo or cash at the end of your trip.  All gratuities are remitted in full to your driver.  For Venmo payments, please use @letsgotransportationma.
